- Match is on Saturday, June 13, 2009 at King Family Vineyards featuring Team Flow vs. Team King.
- Gates open at 10 a.m. with pre-game festivities and the Boutique Shops.
- 11 a.m. The Winery & Tasting Room open for tastings and sales. Enjoy the Segway demonstration on the field.
- 12:30 p.m. Stick and Ball Warm-Up
- 1:00 p.m. Match Begins
- All proceeds will benefit the American Cancer Society to assist in the fight against breast cancer.
Arrive early to tak it all in. The gates open at 10am along with the shops. Meander over to the North Gallery at King Family to shop. There you will find: Beijo Bags, Preppie Palooza, Silpada Jewlery, and Mercy's Gem Creation. You will also be able to preview the 
raffle items available and purchase tickets for your opportunity to wine. You won't want to miss the Stage Junction Clydesdales make their majestic tour around the polo field. The Clydesdale is a magnificent draft horse - recognized for its strength, style and versatility. There will be a team of four to put on a great show for us. Visit them by the barn area throughout the day. The players will take the field for their stick and ball warm up prior to the match. Please do not walk onto the polo field at anytime when there are horses on it!
Our match featuring Team Flow and Team King will begin at 1:00 with the Star Spangled Banner and Player introductions.
We will make our raffle drawings post match and announce all the winners as we wait for the players to make their way to the Player's Tent for the Awards Ceremony. Please everyone join us at midfield.
Around 3:30, the Award Ceremony will begin with the presentation of team and individual awards and gifts. The Pink Ribbon Polo Classic Perpetual Trophy will be presented to the winning team by the winning team sponsor.
