Do I have to purchase food?
The tasting room at King Family Vineyards offers a great selection of picnic items available throughout the day. You may also bring a picnic with you to the event.
Do you have any suggestions for ordering food in advance?
Yes! Greenwood Gourmet Grocery has a wide variety of box lunches, sandwiches, cheese boards, and buffet menus for you to pre-order for delivery to your tent. The deadline for ordering is June 7th. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Greenwood Menu [pdf]
My dog is comfortable with crowds. Can
I bring him to the event?
No. Absolutely no pets are allowed.
What happens if it is raining on June 13th?
The event will take place rain or shine.
Can I use my credit card to purchase tickets at the gate?
Yes, you may purchase tickets at the gate using a check, credit card, or cash.
Are we allowed to bring pop-up tents or
canopies?
No, the only tenting allowed will already be in place before the events
starts.
I purchased my tickets in advance but won't
be able to attend the event. Can I get a refund?
There are no refunds. If you are unable to make the event, please
consider giving your ticket to someone else.
Will there be a spot to picnic?
Yes, picnic space is plentiful. Bring chairs and blankets.
Can I get a tour of the winery during the event?
Yes. The winery and Tasting Room will remain open throughout the event. Tours will be given at noon and again at 3:30 p.m.
